Once you've completed onboarding and we have your product list, we typically turn around your first ShelfLink within 1–3 business days. Priority turnaround is available on Shelf Weekly and Shelf Pro plans.
None at all. You send us your product list via WhatsApp or email — we handle everything else. You simply review and approve your link before it goes live.
Whatever format you have — a spreadsheet, typed list, WhatsApp message, or existing PDF specials sheet. We'll tell you exactly what we need during onboarding.
ShelfLink is an enquiry and ordering link — customers tap to contact you via WhatsApp to place an order or ask a question. Payment happens through your existing process (EFT, cash, card in-store). If you'd like a full online store with payment processing, ask us about the online store upgrade.
Extra builds above your package limit are available as an add-on, quoted separately. We'll always let you know in advance so there are no surprises.
All plans start with a 3-month starter agreement, then move to month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. No long-term lock-in after that.
